Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

User Guide to Ordering Online:

• Please ensure you have cookies enabled, so that the shopping basket works correctly.

• This is a secure online shopping service using encryption when processing your Card details and personal information.

• All prices on this site Include UK VAT (17.5%) - Prices do not include Shipping.

• Shipping is charged at cost and is calculated on the total order Value.

• Our Web site can cater for off shore UK locations such as Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the off shore Scottish Islands. Please ensure you select the right carriage option for the required destination. 

• We also Export World Wide - However you will need to contact us for a quotation for the Freight and Payment terms.

• When ordering online, please give as much detail as possible and make sure the details are correct.

• Please insure that you quote the Credit Card Holders address, including middle names if on the card, as each Card has to be checked against this address to help prevent fraudulent orders. You may also specify a  second address, for Delivery's (such as a place of work) if required.  If your address is not easy to find - please give additional directions in our "additional comments box" which will help the driver find you. 

• For all credit cards please insure that you quote the last 3 or 4 digits (security number) on the back - just above the signature on the right of the card. Also note if paying by Maestro, Switch & Solo please ensure that you let us have your Card Issue Number & or Start Date, Enter this information when prompted. 

• All Credit Card transactions will appear as JPLeisure Ltd on your Bank Statement. This is to ensure maximum discretion.

• If in doubt and you need further assistance,  Please dont hesitate to contact us.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping is charged on the total order value. So it is to your advantage to order multiple items in one order.

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbors. This enables a fully discreet service and your customers confidentiality.

We subsidise all the UK delivery charges, so you actually pay less than what it is costing to dispatch goods.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. If their is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

We use Royal Mail, Business Post courier and Parcel Force

UK
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.

Royal Mail: If you are not in when their parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us and you may be charged for a second delivery.

Parcel Force: If you are not in when your parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us and you may be charged for a second delivery.

Southern Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over 2kg then goods are sent via Business Post International and International shipping rates apply.

Europe
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via Business Post International

Rest of World
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via Business Post International

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Mr Pleasure does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

We do not offer a 'TRY before you BUY' service, please be sure that you have selected the correct item before making a purchase. If you are unsure please call, or email us for advice.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
